Palmcroft Men Foundry 2.0

This is the plan! New series just for men starting Sept. 11 in Forum 500.

A conversation for Palmcroft Men about the 10 issues men say matter most. No man fails on purpose. No man succeeds by accident. You need a plan, and THIS is the plan that can change everything. Men are being “spiritually hacked” today, causing us to wonder if biblical manhood is even possible. You can live a heroic life right now for the glory of Christ.

Not is it only possible, it is precisely what God has designed for men to experience! By the end of this new fall Foundry 2.0 series, based on Patrick Morley’s new book, The Christian Man, you will know how to release the power of God on the issues that matter most to you!

Books available at class. Suggested donation of $12.

College Ministry Missions Trip to Mexico

As we have been studying 1 Peter, we are continually asking ourselves the question: “Am I living on mission for God?”

In addition to daily opportunities, we seek to provide opportunities outside the norm! The first of many opportunities will be traveling to El Reino de Los Niños (Kids Kingdom) Orphanage, in Imuris, Mexico. Here we will be working with Arturo and Liliana to love those in their neighborhood and community.

The orphanage is located about one hour south of the Nogales border crossing. We will leave Palmcroft on Saturday, November 23, at 8:00 a.m. and return late afternoon on Tuesday, November 26, at approximately 5:00 p.m. Please consider joining us on this trip. A $50 deposit is due by October 13, if you want to be a part of this ministry and the final payment of $100 will be due on November 10. The registration fee of $150 includes a book and shirt. Don't miss out on this opportunity to "Live on Mission for God!"

Isaiah – A life-changing encounter with God’s Word

Location: Courtyard 101 classroom

Facilitators: Dale and Carla Crossman

This is a coed study that will meet weekly for 19 lessons, with a break over the holidays. 60 to 90 minutes of preparation time per week is suggested. This study will encourage us to look at what the passage says, consider what it means, and ask how this truth affects our lives. Isaiah's book has been called the fifth gospel. His name means “the LORD is salvation.” He is quoted in the New Testament more often than all the other prophets combined. Isaiah announced the coming of Messiah for our personal salvation. He also spoke God's words to steer a nation through sixty years of crisis.
