Taking the life-changing reality of Jesus into our neighborhoods, our cities, and our world.

Global and local missions is at the core of our church’s mission to take the life-changing reality of Jesus across the world. Palmcroft grows, sends, and supports career workers in partnership with the national church and mission organizations. We currently support over 90 long-term workers in 35 countries.

Palmcroft also sends, at the request of our missionaries and organizations, short-term teams of students and adults throughout the world. The primary goal of these teams is to serve our missionaries and national partners. Teams have worked on projects such as English as a second language (ESL), construction, medical and dental clinics, and children and youth ministries. We believe preparation is the key to successful trips and work with our teams to insure that every one is fully equipped for the ministry God has planned.

Operation Christmas Child Volunteers

We need volunteers to serve as part of our Operation Christmas Child ministry in this season. Whether you could help us greet donors, pack cartons, or simply pray, you have a part you can play!

On September 15, 1944, God gathered a group of believers to form Palmcroft Baptist Church. Palmcroft immediately began to support the worldwide vision of reaching the unreached for the Gospel. We have faithfully trained up missionaries, prayed for missions, and given to mission work, continuing our legacy of being missions-minded, for 75 years.

The impact of Palmcroft’s desire to share the Good News can be felt all over the globe, and all the glory belongs to Jesus Christ! Thank you, Palmcroft Church, for generously aiding and serving in this holy calling. As we celebrate how our Father has used this church to bring people to Himself, we also look forward to how God will continue to use Palmcroft in taking the life-changing reality of Jesus into our neighborhoods, our cities, and our world.

Open Door Seminary • 2019

Our church has been partnering with Thousand Hills ministry and Open Door Haiti for several years. We’ve dug wells, planted churches, and sent numerous short-term missions teams to Haiti.

This year, God revealed a new opportunity. Open Door Seminary is thriving! They have 50 students enrolled with more waiting to start this summer. They have one building with a couple of classrooms, offices, a library, and a small dormitory. The seminary is in need of a new facility with a cafeteria, kitchen, and an online training room where students can learn from the best teachers all around the world. Our goal is to come alongside and partner with the church in Haiti.

Open Door is on a mission to plant 100 churches in Haiti in the next 10 years, and those churches need trained leaders. Last Easter, we exceeded our goal of $50,000 to build this new seminary building! What an amazing opportunity for us to empower our brothers and sisters and show them that Palmcroft believes in what God is doing for his glory and their good!

Project: Caracol • 2013

Caracol is a municipality in Northern Haiti where our church sponsored a clean water project. At Easter 2013, we expanded our efforts with a desire to build a church near that well.

The church was estimated to cost $60,000 and we far exceeded that goal.

The municipality of Caracol is expected to experience explosive population growth in the coming years, and we’re excited to be preparing the local church in advance, that the people of God in Caracol may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Dirty Water • 2012

Where we live, clean water is a given. If you’re thirsty, turn on the tap and clean water comes right out. All kinds of drinks are at our fingertips. Truth is, we’re the minority. Right now, one billion people on the planet don’t have access to clean drinking water. That’s one in seven of us. According to the World Health Organization, unsafe water and poor sanitation kill more people than all forms of violence, including war. $5,000 to $12,000 builds a well for a community of 400 that will bring clean, safe drinking water for 20 years.

In April 2012, our goal was to raise $25,000; we far surpassed this goal by raising over $140,000!

As of today, we have completed 16 clean water projects all over Haiti through Living Water International and Thousand Hills Ministry! These projects offer people a better life and give pastors influence in their communities to reach the lost. Our Dirty Water campaign has been covered in the following publications: The Christian PostEcology Global NetworkKTAR News TalkOutreach MagazinePhoenix Business Journal.
